Hotspot for the black community.

Welcome to View Park / Windsor Hills

Black Excellence

A wealthy westside hotspot for the black community, View Park is nestled between Culver City and Leimert Park, and directly next to Windsor Hills. The View Park area was developed in the 1970s as an upper-class neighborhood akin to the style of Cheviot Hills, Bel-Air, and Brentwood. One of the wealthiest African-American areas in the United States, View Park heavily features real estate designed in the Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean style. Most of the original homes remain today: In fact, View Park was added to the National Register of Historic Places as of 2016.
